  • Six excellent wineries, all within 15 minutes drive from Riebeek Kasteel, including the famous Allesverloren Estate, home of some award-winning Shiraz wines. Most are open for wine tastings and sales. 
  • The Kasteelberg (which means castle mountain) towers 974m high on the western side of the Riebeek Valley and is ideal for hiking and mountain biking, or just enjoying the magnificent valley vistas.
